• To discuss development of the metrics necessary to rank and rate each town and city in Maricopa County according to a "freedom index." A normalized set of criteria that exposes any action that diminishes rights of self-ownership. The data will be published on a website at http://www.arizonafreedom.org. Additionally the data will be sent to all media outlets and inserted into local newspapers. Each year our group will present a Liberty Award and the Hammer-and-Sickle Award to the mayor of the respective town or city. This media event will acknowledge the local government that embraces liberty and the one most diametrically opposed.

• To quantify and identify local government actions affecting liberty using objective metrics.
• To expose local government actions that retard liberty.

The local voices for Air America Phoenix on 1010 KXXT and the Freedom Fighters of the Year Awards.

This meeting will be used to formulate the metrics and methods used to mine data and publish results.  The talent needed to complete this undertaking includes, but is not limited to:
