| The Libertarian Party of Maricopa County welcomes your support. You can do your part to help us get Libertarians elected to public office, educate people concerning Libertarian ideals, and participate in state and national events that will help our Party grow. We offer several ways for you to help... |

| Chairman's Note: During an Arizona State Libertarian Party meeting recently, a vote was taken to change the current system of shared funding. Currently, when you donate money to the Arizona State Libertarian Party (not MCLP), 50% of the money is retained by the state and 50% is sent to the counties based on population. Under the new system, Maricopa County may get as little as 30% back even though 75% of the money is donated by Maricopa County Libertarians. Smaller counties will reap the benefits under the new system. This system is much like the modern welfare state and Jim Iannuzo and Jason Auvenshine (our county and state chairmen at the time) both voted against the measure. Unfortunately, the majority ruled in favor of the new system. If you are planning to donate to the Libertarian Party, consider donating to the Maricopa County Libertarian Party directly. We appreciate your support. |
