Maricopa County Libertarian Party (MCLP) Terms and Conditions:

(1) At all times the MCLP reserves the right to review, suspend or terminate any user account.

(2) The facilities provided to user account holders by the MCLP shall include software and computing domains without warranty.  

(3) Any act deemed to be not in the best interest of the MCLP will be prohibited and construed as misconduct. Your account may be terminated.

4) This web site is maintained for the benefit of registered Libertarians. While anyone may be a registered user, only active Libertarians will be given access to certain site areas.

(5) By requesting an user account, you agree to these terms and conditions.
